Martin Frassignes, general manager of Chateauroux (France) Air Center, has been re-elected executive director of the board of the Washington-based Aircraft Fleet Recycling Association. Bill Carberry of Boeing Commercial Airplanes, was confirmed as secretary and deputy director, and Denis Oliver of Elg Metals as treasurer.
